PORRITT PARK PROJECT
Porritt Park will be transformed in early 2023, thanks to a wonderful and philanthropic couple who are gifting a destination playground and Changing Places toilet facility to the people of Thames and area.
Porritt Park will become a destination playground that will:
• Reflect the history of the area and the community’s input and involvement
• Feature stronger and more challenging play equipment for all ages and abilities
• Provide an all-day experience for families/whanau to come together
• Be a gathering place of which we can all be proud
